DIGITALLY COLOURED AND REWORKED VISUALS
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Building Elevations = £ 30.00 per coloured elevation or £ 5.00 for black and white elevations. ( plans tidied, notes removed etc )
Floor Plans = £ 30.00 per coloured floor plan or £10.00 per black and white floor plan( plans tidied, notes removed etc.)
Site Layout = £ 20.00 for coloured site layout or £.10.00 for black and white site layout ( plans tidied, notes removed etc.)
A typical two storey dwelling will cost £ 75.00 for all building elevations (front in colour, other 3 in black and white), both floor layouts ( in black and white) and site layout ( in black and white) complete. At this stage the visuals can be used for property sales websites or a brochure / site sign / website can be created ( see further down page for details ).

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?
In order to maximise the efficiency of the work we would require digital copies of the original plans of the project in DWG or DXF format which can be sent via your architect. PDF copies can be used but the results will not be as high quality due to limitations with this format. The plans are simply emailed to our contact email address. Detailed material and colour requirements will need to be specified and any special requirements noted. Unfortunately we do not accept printed plans as these would cause a much longer lead in time.

SITE SIGNAGE
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Site Sign Layout = £ 10.00 extra
Please check with local printing companies for a quote. An everage size for a site sign would be 1.5 m x 1.5m.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?
All we require from you is your desired contact details for the site sign and if any specific sizes or orientation of the sign is required.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?
We require access to a registered domain name and webspace in order to upload our website to it. We prefer that the client has control of the domain and hosting as we would not have to charge extra for this service. We can guide you through registration of your own domain name and webspace if required.
